摘    要:目的探讨上颌第一前磨牙冠根各测量值间的关系。方法选择因正畸治疗需要拔除的上颌第一前磨牙136颗,利用游标卡尺测量牙体的全长、冠长和根长,冠、颈和根1/2的近远中径及颊舌径。利用直线相关分析冠根各测量值的关系。计算显著相关测量值之间的回归方程,并验证其可靠性。结果冠长(根长)和全长,冠颊舌径、颈近远中径、颈颊舌径和根1/2近远中径(根1/2颊舌径)成显著正相关。回归方程计算理论值与实测值相比,差值不超过1mm(P<0.05)的有颈近远中径和根1/2近远中径、颈颊舌径和根1/2颊舌径。结论相关和回归分析可用于研究牙体各测量值间的关系。

Abstract:Objective To analyse the correlation and regression of the crown and root measurements of maxillary first premolar. Methods 136 extracted human maxillary first premolars for orthodontic treatment were used. The span, crown and root length, mesiodistal widths / buccolingual thickness of crown and cervical and root middle point were measured by a sliding caliper. And linear correlation and linear regression of the measurements were analysed. Results Obviously positive correlations were showed, including crown /root length and span, mesiodistal widths / buccolingual thickness of crown and cervical and root middle point. Statistical significance was found when we used the cervical mesiodistal width to calculate mesiodistal width of the root middle point, or the cervical buccolingual thickness to calculate the buccolingual thickness of the root middle point. Conclusion Correlation and regression are good methods to tooth morphology study.
