| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨三维增强磁共振血管造影(3D-CE-MRA)技术对肠系膜动脉成像的方法. 资料与方法 对20例正常肠系膜动脉行3D-CE-MRA成像,比较分析原始图像和重组图像上肠系膜动脉的主干及分支显示情况. 结果 20例肠系膜上动脉主干及分支、肠系膜下动脉主干均能被显示.原始图像尚能清晰显示肠系膜下动脉分支.肠系膜上动脉为(6.51±1.01) mm,空回肠动脉为(3.46±0.78) mm,肠系膜下动脉为(2.90±0.90) mm.原始图像和3D重建图像显示肠系膜上、下动脉及分支大致相同(P＞0.05),但对肠系膜上动脉二级以上的分支及肠系膜下动脉分支的显示具有显著性差异(P＜0.05). 结论 3D-CE-MRA能准确显示肠系膜上、下动脉的主干及其分支.
