肺心病肺性脑病患者血清烯醇化酶与红细胞内Na+K+-ATP的变化

摘    要:目的探讨血清烯醇化酶(NSE)及红细胞内Na+K+-ATP酶对肺心病肺性脑病的影响.方法选取36名肺心病肺性脑病患者(A组)抽取6ml静脉血检测NSE及Na+K+-ATP酶的活性与34例无肺性脑病患者(B组)及29例正常老年人比较(C组).结果发现A组的NSE活性较B组患者及C组增加(P<0.05,且其活性与动脉血氧分压呈负相关(r=-0.514,P=0.018),与二氧化碳分压呈正相关(r=0.482,P=0.035),而红细胞内Na+K+-ATP酶较B组患者及C组下降(P<0.05),且其活性与动脉血氧分压呈正相关(r=0.431,P=0.014),与二氧化碳分压呈负相关(r=-0.6344,P=0.0041).结论血清NSE活性与红细胞内Na+K+-ATP活性可以反映肺性脑病患者缺氧、CO2潴留引起的脑损害程度.

Abstract:To investigate the plasma neuron-specifie (NSE) activity and the RBC membrane Na+K+-ATP ase activity in the chronic pulmonary hrart disease (CPHD) complicated pulmonary enceophalopathy(PE). Methods 36cases of CPHD complicated PE as group A, 34 cases of CPHD without PE for group B and 29 normal control to group C. 6 ml venous blood were taken The serum NSE activity and the RBC membrane Na+ K+-ATP ase activity were tested. Results The activity of NSE group A was higher than group B and group C. The plasma NSE activity from group A were negatively correlated with the PaO2 and positively correlated with PaCO2. RBC membrane Na+K+-ATP ase activity group A was lower than group B and group C, the Na+ K+-ATP ase activity were negatively correlated with the PaCO2 and were positively correlated with the PaO2. Conclusion The plasma NSE activity and RBC membrane Na+ K+-ATP ase activity may reflect the degree of brain damage by chronic hypoxia and remain of CO2 in the patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease.
