| 摘 要： | 研究表明,心室电重构通过离子重构、Na /Ca2 交换体重构等机制产生相关临床症状,如心律失常等,同时,心肌肥厚、心肌梗死等也能引起心室电重构。鉴于其产生机制及与临床的密切联系,人们已开始探讨不同的干预措施。

| Abstract: | Studies show that many clinical symptoms,such as arrhythmias and heart failure,are caused by ventricular electrical remodelling through ionic remodelling and NCX remodelling.Ventricular hypertrophy and myocardial infarction can also lead to ventricular electrical remodelling.Due to the importance of the relationship,researchers are now beginning to study different therapies. |
