肝结核8例报告

目的：探讨肝结核诊治经验。方法：1998年5月～2003年11月泉州市第一医院收治8例肝结核患者，回顾临床表现及诊治情况。结果：2例术前确诊为肝结核行内科治疗；6例疑是原发性肝癌，剖腹探查，术中病理示肝结核。8例均痊愈。结论：肝结核缺乏特异性表现。对疑似原发性肝癌的Ⅱ型患者，术中病理确诊后行相应肝叶切除，结合术后抗结核治疗，均能获得治愈。

Hepatic Tuberculosis:a Report of 8 Patients

Objective: We discussed diagnosis and treatment of 8 patients with hepatic tuberculosis. Methods: We summarized datas of these patients from May,1998 to Nov,2003. Results: Only 2 of the 8 patients was confirmed by liver biopsy before operation. They were treated by antituberculosis drugs. The others suspected of having primary liver cancer were confirmed hepatic tuberculosis by surgical operation and pathological examination of liver. All of the patients were cured.Conclusion:There was no specificity of hepatic tuberculosis. Patients suspected of having primary liver cancer were confirmed pertaining to the second group of hepatic tuberculosis by pathological examination, and performed lobectomy or partial excision of the liver. The follow-up results showed that patients were cured after regular antituberculosis by 2 months after operations.
