维吾尔族护士艾滋病KAP现状及对策

目的 了解维吾尔族护士艾滋病相关知识、态度、实践(KAP)等现状,针对所存在的问题,提出相应的对策.方法 采用自设问卷,对新疆艾滋病重点疫区20家医院的150名维吾尔族护士进行调查,对其结果进行统计学分析.结果维吾尔族护士的艾滋病知识掌握情况欠佳,平均知晓率为70.9%;对艾滋病及其患者的正性接纳态度呈较低状态,平均接纳率为52.5%,维吾尔族护士HIV职业防护行为有待于规范与加强,正性行为平均发生率为66.2%.结论 结合实际情况,采取有效途径,加强维吾尔族护士艾滋病知识培训,减少对艾滋病的歧视态度,提高HIV职业防护意识,以便维吾尔族护士在新疆的艾滋病防治工作中发挥积极作用.

Status quo and strategy of AIDS knowledge among Uygur nurses

Objective To investigate the status of AIDS knowledge among Uygur nurses to put forward corresponding measures. Methods 150 Uygur nurses from 20 hospitals in AIDS - hit areas in Xinjiang were investigeted by self- designed questionnaire, and the results were analyzed. Results Uygur nurses lacked comprehenaive knowledge of AIDS, the average understanding rate was 70.9%; their acceptability attitude for AIDS and patients was low, the average acceptability rate was 52.5%; nurses'behaviors related HIV occupational prevention should be standardized and strengthened, the average positive behavior incidence rate was 66.2%. Conclusions In order to play a paeitive role in AIDS prevention and cure in Xinjiang, Uygur nurses should be trained AIDS knowledge effectively, combining with practice status, decreasing their discrimination against AIDS and im-proving the awareness of HIV occupational prevention.
