| 摘 要： | １３８例患者接受超声引导下粗针肾活检穿刺术后，血尿和肾周或肾被膜下血肿是仅见的并发症，总发生率约８０．４％。血尿为主，达５７．２％，１３％同时合并血肿，而单纯血肿较少，约１０．２％。出血发生率与活检方式有关而与穿刺频数无关，自动活检组低于手动切割组及手动负压吸引组，分别为５６．２％、８７．０％、８８．９％。穿刺针较粗可能是潜在的相关因素。超声引导下准确定位和使用自动活检枪能减少减轻出血。

| Abstract: | Ultrasound-guiding renal biopsies were performed on 138 patients. Induced bleedings were seen with an overall rate 80.4%. Among the bleeding cases, hematuria accounted for 57.2% and 13% accompa nied with perirenal hematoma. A different bleeding occurence was found between automatic and manual biopsy.It was 56.2% for automatic biopsy, lower than those manual Tru-Cut and manual aspiration biopsy(87. 0%, 88.9%respectively). We suggest automatic and fine needle biopsy should be used by priority, so as to make renal biopsy more efficient and safer |
