高尿酸血症对缺血性脑血管疾病发生的影响

目的探讨高尿酸血症在缺血性脑血管疾病(ICD)中的作用。方法回顾2004～2006年ICD患者56例临床资料,并与同期非缺血性脑血管疾病(NICD)62例进行血压、血糖、血脂、尿酸的比较;再将118例分为高尿酸组和尿酸正常组,在ICD、高血压、高血糖、高血脂发生率等方面进行比较。结果ICD组比NICD组的收缩压、血脂、血糖均有显著增高(P<0.01),血尿酸亦比NICD组增高(P<0.05)。高尿酸组的ICD和高血压发生率较尿酸正常组显著增高(P<0.01),血脂、血糖异常率亦增高(P<0.05)。结论高尿酸血症是ICD重要的高危因素,在防治脑血管疾病的综合措施中不容忽视。

The effect of hyperuricemia on the occurrence of ischenic cerebrovascular diseases

Objective To investigate the effect of hyperuricemia on the occurrence of ischemic cerebrovascular disease(ICD).Methods The clinical data of 56 patients with ICD and 62 patients with non-ischemic cerebrovascular disease(NICD)from 2004 to 2006 were retrospectively analyzed,and the blood pressure,blood glucose,plasma lipids,serum uric acid were compared between the two groups.Then all the cases were divided into 2 groups:the hyperuricemia group and the normal uricemia group.The incidences of ICD,hypertension,hyperglycemia and hyperlipemia were compared bwtween two groups.Results A higher level of blood pressure,plasma lipids,blood glucose was found in ICD group,as compared with those in NICD group(P<0.01),and the levels of serum uric acid in ICD group were significantly higher than those of control group(P<0.05).The incidences of hypertension and ICD in hyperuricemia group were significantly increased,as compared with those in normal uricemia group(P<0.01),and the abnormality of blood glucose and plasma lipids in hyperuricemia group were obviously higher than those in normal uricemia group(P<0.05).Conclusion Hyperuricemia could be a high risk factor for ICD,which may play an important role in the occurrence and development of metabolism syndrome,so which shouldn't be ignored in the comprehensive measures for prevention and treatment of the cerebrovascular diseases.
