摘    要:目的 建立坚杆火绒草质量标准.方法 显微法、TLC法进行定性鉴别,2020年版《中国药典》方法测定水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、浸出物含量,HPLC法测定绿原酸、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸含量.结果 显微特征明显,可见表皮细胞、气孔、非腺毛、梯纹导管、螺纹导管、木纤维、薄壁细胞、花粉粒等.TLC斑点清晰,分离度好.6批...

Abstract:AIM To establish the quality standard for Leontopodium franchetii Beauv..METHODS The qualitative identification was performed by microscopic method and TLC.The contents of water,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and extract were determined according to Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 edition) method.HPLC was adopted in the content determination of chlorogenic acid and 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid.RESULTS The microscopic features were obvious,epidermal cells,stomata,non-glandular hairs,glandular hairs,glandular scale,pitted vessel,threaded vessel,wood fibers,parenchyma cell and pollen grains could be observed.The TLC spots were clear with good resolution.The contents of water,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and extract were 0.92%-2.87%,7.28%-11.90%,1.08%-5.28% and 20.38%-23.02% in six batches of samples,respectively.Chlorogenic acid and 3,5-dicaffeoylquinic acid showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(R2=0.999 9),whose average recoveries were 99.22% and 98.96% with the RSDs of 1.51% and 1.46%,respectively.CONCLUSION This reasonable and feasible method can be used for the quality control of the L.franchetii.
