复方苦柏洗剂熏洗坐浴对混合痔患者术后创面愈合及疼痛的影响

目的：探讨复方苦柏洗剂熏洗坐浴在混合痔术后患者中的应用效果。方法：选择2020年1月—2021年1月行手术治疗的混合痔患者94例，按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组47例。两组均常规行手术治疗，术后对照组应用高锰酸钾溶液坐浴，观察组应用复方苦柏洗剂熏洗坐浴，两组均随访至术后2周，对比两组术后疼痛、肛缘水肿评分、创面面积、创面分泌物评分以及护理满意度。结果：观察组术后疼痛、肛缘水肿、创面分泌物评分均低于对照组，术后2周创面面积少于对照组，差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度高于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：复方苦柏洗剂熏洗坐浴能够减轻混合痔患者术后疼痛与肛缘水肿，减少创面分泌物，促进创面愈合，提高护理满意度。

Effect of compound cypress lotion fumigation and sitz bath on postoperative wound healing and pain of mixed hemorrhoids patients

Objective:To investigate the effect of compound cypress lotion fumigation and sitz bath in patients with mixed hemorrhoids after operation.Methods:All 94 patients with mixed hemorrhoids who underwent surgical treatment in hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,47 cases in each group.Both groups received routine surgical treatment,the control group was treated with potassium permanganate solution for sitz bath,and the observation group was treated with compound cypress lotion for fumigation and sitz bath.Both groups were followed up to 2 weeks after surgery,and the postoperative pain,anal edge edema,wound area,wound secretion and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The scores of postoperative pain and anal edema in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the wound area was less than that of the control group 2 weeks after operation,and the wound secretion score was lower than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sitz bath with compound cypress lotion can relieve postoperative pain and anal edge edema in patients with mixed hemorrhoids,which is conducive to reducing wound secretion and promoting wound healing.The nursing satisfaction of patients is high.
