麻醉护士创新行为倾向及其影响因素研究

摘    要:目的 探讨麻醉护士创新行为倾向及其影响因素,为提高麻醉护士创新行为及培养策略提供依据和参考。方法 采取方便抽样法抽取湖北省5所三级甲等综合医院的240名麻醉护士作为调查对象,采用一般资料问卷、创新工作行为量表和经改良的Q20组织氛围量表对其进行调查。结果 麻醉护士的创新行为总分为(43.55±11.85)分,麻醉护士创新工作行为量表总得分与组织氛围量表总分及评价鼓励、团队合作、职业发展3个维度呈正相关(r=0.223,P<0.001;r=0.294,P<0.001;r=0.305,P<0.001;r=0.203,P<0.001)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,工作年限、学历、职称及评价鼓励是麻醉科护士创新行为的独立影响因素(△R2=0.663,F=40.105,P<0.001)。结论 麻醉护士应结合创新能力的影响因素鼓励其参加继续教育,提升自身学历、激发护士内在创新的主观能动性,进一步提高麻醉护士的创新能力。

Abstract:Objective To explore the innovative behavior tendency of anesthesia nurses and its related factors,so as to provide references for improving the innovative behavior and training strategies of anesthesia nurses.MethodsTotally 240 anesthesia nurses were selected from 5 grade-3 class-A hospitals in Hubei province using the convenient sampling and surveyed using the self-designed general information questionnaire,innovative behavior scale and modified Q20 organizational climate scale(MQOCS).Results The average total score of anesthesia nurses′innovative behavior was 43.55±11.85 and was positively correlated with the total MQOCS score,and the score of its three dimensions including the evaluation and encouragement,team cooperation and career development(r=0.223,P<0.001;r=0.294,P<0.001;r=0.305,P<0.001;r=0.203,P<0.001).According to the multiple regression analysis,the years of working,education background,professional title,evaluation and encouragement were independent influencing factors of innovative behavior(△R2=0.663,F=40.105,P<0.001).ConclusionAnesthesia nurses should be encouraged to take part in further education and stimulated the subjective initiative to improve their innovation.
