| Abstract: | AIM To study the chemical constituents from Polygala tenuifolia Wild..METHODS The 70% ethanol extract from the aerial part of P.tenuifolia was isolated and purified by silica,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC,then the structures of obtained compounds were identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data.RESULTS Five compounds were isolated and identified as tenuifolimide A(1),rosololactone(2),trichothecene analogue(3),trichothecolone(4) and xylarolide(5),respectively.CONCLUSION Compound 1 is a new lignanamide. |
