| 摘 要： | 目的观察清颜汤治疗不同证型的轻中度寻常痤疮的临床疗效及对皮肤生理学指标的影响。方法将56例痤疮患者根据中医辨证原则分为风热型、湿热型和冲任失调型,均用清颜汤治疗,以4周为1个疗程。治疗后判定疗效并观察皮肤生理学指标的改变。结果总有效率为80.3%。治疗后患者皮肤油脂量降低,含水量升高,pH值无明显变化。结论清颜汤治疗各型轻中度寻常痤疮有较好的疗效,并具有升高皮肤角质层含水量,降低皮肤皮脂分泌量的作用。

| Abstract: | To observe the clinical effects of "Qinyan Decoction" in treating acne and evaluate the difference of the skin physiological index, 56 cases were categorized into three syndromes: wind-heat, damp-heat, conception-thoroughfare disharmony. Fifty-six subjects were treated with "Qinyan Decoction" for 4 weeks. Results: The effective rate was 80.3%. After treatment, the sebaceous volume was lower and the stratum corneum water was higher. It is indicated that "Qinyan Decoction" has positive effects on acne with different syndromes and can improve the stratum corneum water and the sebaceous volume of skin. |
