综合医院门诊变频工作制管理模式的实证研究

摘    要:通过分析深圳市某二甲综合医院门诊患者就诊规律,并论证挂号、收费窗口岗位的工作任务存在稳定的周期性潮起潮落的变化规律,发现季度、星期和时间段等3个因素交织在一起影响门诊挂号窗口患者的到达数,从而验证变频工作制的可行性。另外还对工作岗位的变化规律中的"错峰"现象进行了分析。

Research on Job Schemes of Frequency Conversion Management Model in Outpatient Department in General Hospitals

Abstract:Through analyzing job schemes of frequency conversion management discipline of outpatient department in a second type general hospital in Shenzhen,whether existing discipline of job schemes of frequency conversion which may mutual substitution in the job characteristic is demonstrated and proved,and whether existing intermingled peak in different operating posts is discussed.It is found that season,week and time quantum are 3 ingredients which are mixture influences of the number of outpatients who registered in outpatient department.The "conservation" phenomenon in postion changing is also analyzed.
