外周血游离LUNX mRNA检测在非小细胞肺癌患者辅助诊断中的意义

摘    要:目的:检测非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者外周血细胞外游离 LUNX mRNA,探讨其在 NSCLC 辅助诊断中的意义。方法选择原发性NSCLC患者65例,将体检正常的50例健康者设为对照组。采用实时聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)检测其外周血游离LUNX mRNA,评价该指标对NSCLC辅助诊断的价值。结果65例肺癌患者38例外周血游离LUNX mRNA 检出阳性,阳性率显著高于健康体检者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);低分化以及晚期肺癌患者该基因检出阳性率高于中高分化及早期肺癌患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);LUNX mRNA阳性率与患者性别、年龄、肿瘤组织类型、发生部位及患者吸烟与否无关。结论外周血游离LUNX mRNA检测对NSCLC具有特异辅助诊断价值。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical significance of cell-free LUNX mRNA in peripheral blood in patients with non small cell lung cancer. Methods Cell free LUNX mRNA was detected by real-time PCR in 65 patients with non-small cell lung cancer and 50 healthy subjects. Results The positive LUNX mRNA rate was 58.5% (38 in 65) in lung cancer patients,which was significantly higher than in healthy subjects (P〈0.01). The positive rates in poorly differentiated and advanced stage cancer pa- tients were significantly higher than that in lung cancer patients with high differentiation and early stage (P〈0.01). Positive LUNX mRNA had no correlation with gender,age,histological type,tumor location and smoking. Conclusion Detection of cell free LUNX mRNA in peripheral blood can be used in auxiliary diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer with high specificity.
