2469例日间手术的麻醉管理

目的探讨日间手术麻醉管理的具体实施方法和效果。方法回顾分析2010年5月至2012年4月在我院接受日间手术的患者资料,包括手术科室、手术种类、麻醉方法、术后麻醉恢复情况等。结果 2469例接受全麻下日间手术患者中,腹腔镜胆囊切除术2173例、宫颈锥切术183例、宫腔镜检查术113例。2299例于手术结束当日或次日出院。延迟出院170例,主要原因为心理因素65例,恶心、呕吐36例,腹腔引流37例,中转开服(或腹腔镜)11例,术后疼痛14例,发热7例。麻醉效果及术后麻醉恢复情况满意。结论日间手术的开展能够明显缩短患者住院天数、节省医疗资源,同时推行安全、合理、规范的日间手术围术期麻醉管理措施以保证日间手术的顺利进行。

Anesthesia management of 2469 cases of day surgery

Objective To explore the management and effect of anesthesia of day surgery unit.Methods The clinical data of patients who had undergone day surgical procedures in our hospital between May,2010 and April,2012 were retrospectively analyzed,involving those departments involved in surgical operations,types of surgery,number of patients,anesthesia methods and the effect of operations.Results 2469 patients had received day surgical procedures,2299 of whom were discharged on the same day or the next day after operations.The effect of anesthesia and operations were satisfactory.Conclusions Day surgery can shorten the length of hospital stay and save medical resources.Safe,adequate and standardized anesthesia management measures can ensure the satisfactory of patients with day surgery.
