| 摘 要： | 目的：评价加替沙星治疗下呼吸道感染的临床疗效及安全性。方法：56例患给予加替沙星0．48静脉滴注，qd，7～14天为一个疗程。结果：痊愈40例，显效13例，进步2例，无效1例，总有效率94．64％。细菌清除率为96．43％。结论：加替沙星治疗下呼吸道感染疗效显，安全可靠。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of gatifloxac in in treating lower respiratory tract infections. Methods: Fifty-six patients were treated with gatifloxacin (0 4g, iv, gtt, qd) for 7-14d. Results: Of all th e patients, forty were fully recovered, thirteen got significant effect, two got progress and one failed. Total cure rates were 94 64%. The bacterial clearance rates were 96 43%. Conclusion: The efficacy of gatifloxacin in treating lower respiratory tract infections is significant. It's safe and accurate. |
