煤矿工人艾滋病预防干预研究

目的　在煤矿工人中开展艾滋病健康教育及行为干预研究 ,预防和控制艾滋病的传播。 方法　 选择平顶山煤炭集团 2矿、6矿、1 1矿的 30 0名矿工作为研究对象 ,进行不同形式的艾滋病健康教育及行为干预 ,时间为 5个月 ,并在干预前后各进行1次问卷调查。 结果　通过健康教育 ,矿工对预防艾滋病知识知晓率由 53 37%提高到 86 41 % ;通过行为干预 ,矿工非婚性行为安全套使用率由 38 33 %上升到 69 67%。 结论　开展健康教育及行为干预效果明显 ,今后还应强化对高危人群的健康教育及行为干预

AIDS Preventive Interventions for Miners

Objective To control and prevent HIV/AIDS by developing HIV/AIDS health education and behaviour intervetion Methods By selecting 3000 miners from the 2rd,6th and 11th coal mines of Pingdingshan as research targets,we deleloped various patterns of HIV/AIDS heath education and behaviour interventions during 5 months,and then did survey through questionnaires before and after interventions Results By heath education and training,rate of HIV/AIDS prevention knowledge among the minersw was increased form 53 37% to 86 41%;through behaviour interventions,the rate of condomuse use among unmarried miners in their sex activities was increased from 38 33% to 69 67% Conclusions The effectiveness of heath education and behaviour interventions is clear,which should be strengthened especially for the people who are at high risk to HIV/AIDS
