| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胎儿窘迫相关因素及处理方法。方法2003年1月至2008年12月我院采用回顾性方法分析347例胎儿窘迫的相关因素。结果347例胎儿窘迫的主要相关因素是脐带因素、胎盘因素、羊水过少等。结论对于有胎儿窘迫相关因素者,应密切监护,积极处理,提高围产期质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the correlation factor and the processing mechod of the fetal distress.Methods My hospital uses the review methods to analyze 347 cases fetal distress related factor from January, 2003 to December,2008.Results The result 347 cases fetal distress correlation factor respectively are=the umbilical cord, the placenta and the oligo--hydramnios factors.Conlusion Fetal distress with related indications should be monitored closely and proactivdy.The diagnosis of the fetal distress promply is critical. |
