| 摘 要： | 目的了解浙江汉族人群RHD基因合子型多态性情况。方法采用PCR-SSP方法检测438例RhD阳性、弱D表现型、RhD阴性表型个体的RHD基因上、下游盒和杂交盒,根据个体盒子的检测结果推测其合子型。结果198例RhD阳性样本中12例(6.06%)为RHD /RHD-型,其余186例(93.94%)为RHD /RHD 型;32例弱D表现型样本中29例(90.63%)为RHD /RHD-型,3例(9.37%)为RHD /RHD 型;208例RhD阴性样本中53例(25.48%)为RHD /RHD-型,145例(69.71%)为RHD-/RHD-型,10例(4.81%)为RHD /RHD 型。结论浙江汉族人群中RhD阳性、弱D表现型、RhD阴性表型个体RHD基因合子型分布频率不同,RhD阴性人群中存在缺失RHD基因或有完整RHD基因的情况。

| Abstract: | Objective To determineRHDgene zygosity in Zhejiang Han population.Methods Using PCR-SSP method to detect upstream,downstream and hybrid Rhesus boxes of 438 RhD negative,RhD positive and weak D samples,and determine the gene zygosity of the individuals according to the Rhesus box pattern.Results In the 198 RhD positive samples,12(6.06%) wereRHD /RHD-heterozygous and 186(93.94%) wereRHD /RHD homozygous.In 32 weak D samples,29(93.63%) wereRHD /RHD-heterozygous and 3(9.37%) wereRHD /RHD homozygous.In 208 RhD negative samples,53(25.48%) wereRHD /RHD-heterozygous,145(69.71%) wereRHD-/RHD-homozygous,10(4.81%) wereRHD /RHD homozygous.Conclusion The distribu-tion ofRHDgene zygosity in Zhejiang Han population with RhD positive,RhD negative and weak D is different,and there are partial deletion and wholeRHDgene in Hans with RhD negative phenotype. |
