| 摘 要： | 姜酚是姜的主要活性成分，可作为姜的质控指标。该文综述了姜酚对心血管药理作用的研究进展。这些研究证实姜酚具有强心、调节血管舒缩功能、抗血小板、降血脂、抗动脉粥样硬化、抗氧化及保护心肌等作用，提示姜酚可用于防治心血管疾病，值得进一步研究。

| Abstract: | Gingerols are the main active compounds of ginger which can be as indexes for the quality control of ginger.In this paper,the writer conducted a review of the literature to summarize the pharmacological effects on the cardiovascular system of gingerols.It has been shown that gingerols have the effects of cardiotonic action,regulating blood pressure,antiplatelet,lowering cholesterol,anti-artherosclerosis,antioxidant and so on.The study results indicated that gingerols can be used to prevent and treat cardiovascular disease. |
