高脂血症患者血浆脂蛋白(a)免疫复合物测定的意义

目的研究高脂血症患者脂蛋白(a)[Lp(a)]-循环免疫复合物[Lp(a)-C IC]的水平与血浆脂质之间的关系。方法用酶法和酶联免疫分析分别测定38例男性高脂血症患者和38名正常对照者的血脂及Lp(a)-C IC。结果高脂血症患者的总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、Lp(a)和Lp(a)-C IC水平显著高于对照组,高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)低于对照组。血浆Lp(a)-C IC水平与LDL-C和Lp(a)浓度呈正相关,相关系数(r)分别为0.353(P=0.030)和0.735(P=0.000);Lp(a)-C IC与TG和HDL-C呈负相关,r分别为-0.433(P=0.007)和-0.346(P=0.030)。结论高脂血症患者体内存在高浓度的Lp(a)-C IC,其可能与该类人群易发粥样硬化有关。

The significance of plasma lipoprotein(a)-circulating immune complexes measurement in patient with various dyslipidemias

Objective To investigate the levels of plasma lipoprotein(a)-circulating immune complexes[Lp(a)-CIC]in patient with various dyslipidemias. Methods The plasma levels of lipoprotein were determined by enzyme methods and plasma Lp(a)-CIC levels were determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) in 38 patients with various dyslipidemias and 38 control subjects. Results The levels of total cholesterol(TC),trigleride(TG),low-denstry lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),Lp(a) and Lp(a)-CIC were higher in patients with various dyslipidemia than in control groups.The level of high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) was lower in patients with various dyslipidemias than in control groups.The plasma levels of Lp(a)-CIC were positively correated with LDL-C(r=0.353,P=0.030) and Lp(a)(r=0.735,P=0.000).Lp(a)-CIC was negatively correlated with TG(r=-0.433,P=0.007) and HDL-C(r=-(0.346),P=0.030). Conclusions Plasma Lp(a)-CIC levels are increased in patients with various dyslipidemias,and it may be related to atherogenesis.
