摘    要:目的:研究毛茛科白头翁属植物兴安白头翁Pulsatilla dahurica根茎中的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱、大孔树脂柱、高效液相制备色谱分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从兴安白头翁根茎中得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为长春藤皂苷元(hederagenin,Ⅰ),长春藤皂苷元3-O-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷(hederagenin 3-O-α-L-arabinopyranoside,Ⅱ),长春藤皂苷元3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→2)-α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷hederagenin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)α-Larabinopyranoside,Ⅲ],长春藤皂苷元3-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→2)β-D-吡喃葡萄糖(1→4)]α-L-吡喃阿拉伯糖苷{hederagenin 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→2)β-D-glucopyranosyl(1→4)]α-L-arabinopyranoside,Ⅳ},β谷甾醇(βsitosterol,Ⅴ),胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,Ⅵ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ~Ⅵ均为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents from rhizome of Pulsatilla dahurica. METHOD: The constituents were isolated and purified by various chromatographic methods. AR compounds were identified on the basis of spectral analysis and physico-chemical characters. RESULT: Six compounds were isolated from the 70% alcohol extract of the rhizome identified as hederagenin ( I ), hederagenin 3-O-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside (II), hederagenin 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->2)-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside (III), hederagenin 3-O-beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1 -->2) beta-D-glucopyranosyl(1-->4)]-alpha-L-arabinopyranoside (IV), beta-sitosterol (V) and daucosterol (VI), respectively. CONCLUSION: Compounds I approximately VI were isolated from this plant for the first time.
