十味温胆汤加味治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛气虚痰瘀证临床研究

目的观察十味温胆汤加味治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛气虚痰瘀证的临床疗效，探讨其治疗冠心病心绞痛的作用机制。方法将60例中医辨证为气虚痰瘀证的稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组服用十味温胆汤加味，对照组服用通心络胶囊。4周为1个疗程，共治疗1个疗程。观察2组治疗前后症状积分、心电图、血脂、C反应蛋白（CRP）变化及临床疗效。结果2组总疗效、心绞痛疗效、心电图疗效比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），中医症状改善率治疗组明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。十味温胆汤加味能调节血脂代谢，降低血CRP水平，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论十味温胆汤加味治疗气虚痰瘀型冠心病稳定型心绞痛具有较好的临床疗效，可能通过改善脂代谢、抑制炎性标志物CRP的过度表达而起到治疗冠心病心绞痛的作用。

Clinical Study of Shiwei Wendan Decoction in Treating Coronary Heart Disease Stable Angina Pectoris of Qi Deficiency and Stasis-phlegm Type

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shiwei Wendan Decoction on coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris of qi deficiency and stasis-phlegm type. Methods Sixty patients of stable angina pectoris which belonged to the type of qi deficiency and stasis-phlegm were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group, and each group has 30 cases. The treatment group was given Shiwei Wendan Decoction and the control group was given Tongxinluo Capsule for 4 week, one course. The changes of symptoms integral, ECG, clinical efficacy, blood-fat and CRP of the two groups were observed after the treatment. Results The total effective power of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The treatment group had a better curative effect of stable angina pectoris and a better ECG change than the control group （P〈0.05）. The rate of TCM symptom improvement in the treatment group was much higher than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）. Shiwei Wendan Decoction had better effects to improve lipid metabolism and lower the level of blood-fat compared with that of the control group （P〈0.0I）. Conclusions It is effective that the clinical curative effect of Shiwei Wendan Decoction in treating coronary heart disease stable angina pectoris on qi deficiency and stasis-phiegm type, which maybe by both improving lipid metabolism and suppressing the overexpression of CRP, which is an inflammation mark.
