胃癌患者血浆肿瘤标志物CA199 CA125癌胚抗原和铁蛋白水平检测的临床研究

目的为了研究64层螺旋CT检查的胃癌患者中测定血浆肿瘤标志物CA199、CA125、癌胚抗原（CEA）和铁蛋白（SF）水平的临床应用。方法电化学发光免疫分析了187例64层螺旋CT胃癌患者血浆CA199、CA125、CEA和SF水平并与60名健康对照组进行了对比性研究。结果 135例胃癌患者血浆CA199、CA125、CEA和SF水平较60例对照组明显增加（P〈0.01）。并随胃癌患者疾病的严重程度而增高（P〈0.01）。阳性率亦然。在特异度均超过90%的情况下,CA199、CA125和SF的阳性率、灵敏度和正确率均较之CEA明显降低。结论在胃癌患者诊断中,CEA较之CA199、CA125和SF是最佳的辅助指标。

Clinical study of determination of tumor markers of plasma CA199 CA125 carcinoma embryonic antigen and SF in the patients with gastric carcinoma

Objective In order to study clinical application of determing tumor markers plasma CA199,CA125,carcinoma embryonic antigen(CEA) and SF levels in the patients with gastric carcinoma.Methods The electrochemi luminescence immunoassay(ECLIA) determined tumor markers plasma CA199,CA125,CEA and SF levels in 187 patients with gastric carcinoma and 60 cases control group as well as compared analysis.Results The levels of CA199,CA125,CEA and SF in 135 patients with gastric carcinoma were significantly higher than that in 60 cases control group(P<0.01).The levels of CA199,CA125,CEA and SF had increasing tendency follow up the secerity degree of patients with gastric carcinoma.In speciality case of more than 90%,the sensitivity,accuracy and positive rate of CA199,CA125 and SF were siginificantly lower than those in CEA.Conclusion In diagnosis patients of gastric carcinoma,the CEA was the optimal appendix index in 4 tumor markers.
