| 摘 要： | 目的:观察脑泰方对脑梗死大鼠Bax蛋白的调节作用。方法:采用大鼠左侧大脑中动脉阻塞模型(MCA),通过免疫组织化学法观察大鼠脑组织Bax蛋白的变化。结果:脑泰方组大鼠Bax蛋白阳性数目明显减少,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:脑泰方可能通过下调脑组织中Bax蛋白阳性数目,从而抑制脑神经细胞凋亡,达到治疗和预防脑梗死的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the regulation of Naotaifang decoction to Bax protein of brain tissue in rats with cerebral infarction. Methods：Middle cerebral artery occlusion rat models were established. Bax protein positive cells in brain tissue were detected by immunohistochemistry technique. Results：Compared with model group, Bax protein positive cells around the cerebral infarction focus were significantly decreased in Naotaifang group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion ：Naotaifang decoction is effective to cerebral infarction.It can inhibit nerve cells apoptosis by down-regulating the expression of Bax protein. |
