| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨S100A4蛋白在结肠腺瘤和结肠癌中的表达及其临床意义。方法]用免疫组化法检测S100A4在15例正常肠黏膜、80例结肠腺瘤和60例结肠癌中的表达。结果]S100A4蛋白在正常肠黏膜中无表达,在结肠腺瘤中阳性率为16.25%,在结肠癌中阳性率为56.67%。结论]S100A4与结肠腺瘤和结肠癌的发生发展密切相关,是预测结肠肿瘤进展的有用指标。

| Abstract: | Purpose] To investigate the expression of S100A4 protein in colon adenoma and colon carcinoma and their clinical significance.Methods] The expression of S100A4 protein was detected by immunohistochemistry in 15 cases with normal intestinal mucosa,80 case with colon adenoma and 60 cases with colon carcinoma.Results] There was negative S100A4 expression in normal intestinal mucosa.The positive expression rate of S100A4 was 16.25% in colon adenoma and 56.67% in colon carcinoma.Conclusion] The expression of... |
