芍药苷在白芍单煎剂和桂枝汤中含量变化的研究

摘    要:目的:比较芍药苷含量在白芍单煎剂和桂枝汤中的变化,探讨桂枝汤配伍的合理性。方法:采用薄层扫描法测定白芍药材及桂枝汤中芍药苷的含量,展开剂为三氯甲烷∶乙酸乙酯∶甲醇∶氨试液(8∶1∶4∶1),检测波长575 nm,参比波长700 nm。结果:芍药苷在1.93μg~19.3μg范围内线性良好(r=0.999 8),白芍单煎液和复方煎液的方法回收率分别为95.7%和96.3%,单煎液中芍药苷的含量明显低于复方煎液(P<0.01)。结论:白芍在桂枝汤中配伍可以增加有效成分芍药苷的煎出量。

Abstract:Objective:The contents of paeoniflorin were analyzed in Radix Paeoniae Alba individual boiling and Guizhi decoction which was composed of Radix Paeoniae Alba and other Chinese traditional medicines according to TCM theory. The rationalization about compatibility of Guizhi decoction was explored in some respect. Methods:A TLCS method was applied to determine the contents of Paeoniflorin in Guizhi decoction co-boiling extracts and Radix Paeoniae A lba individ- ual boiling extracts. The content of Paeoniflorin in Guizhi decoction co-boiling extracts and Radix Paeoniae A lba individu- al boiling extracts was compared. TLC analysis was performed on silica gel G plates with chloroform,ethylacetate, methanol, ammonia (8:1:4:1 )as mobile phase, the detection wavelength was set at 575 nm, reference wavelength was set at 700 nm. Results:Calibration curve was linear in the range of 1.93 μg ~19.3 μg(r=0.999 8). The recovery rate in individ- ual boiling extracts and co-boiling extracts was 95.7% and 96.3% respectively; the content of Paeoniflorin was higher in co-boiling extracts than that in individual boiling extracts (n=6,P〈0.01). Conclusion :The results suggest that the content of Paeoniflorin in Radix Poeoniae A lba can be increased significantly after compatibility in Guizhi decoction.
