电针内关穴对内毒素休克肾组织诱导型NO合酶表达的影响

摘    要:【目的】探讨电针内关穴对内毒素休克肾组织诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)表达的作用。[方法]采用脂多糖(LPS)和D氨基半乳糖(D-GalN)致敏的内毒素休克模型,应用免疫组织化学技术检测肾组织iNOS的表达,观察电针内关穴对内毒素休克肾组织iNOS表达的影响。[结果]电针内关穴组的肾组织iNOS的表达低于内毒素模型对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]电针内关穴能部分下调内毒素休克所致肾iNOS的过度表达,这可能是其治疗内毒素休克的机理之一。

Abstract:[Objective] To observe the effect of electro-acupuncture (EA) on point Neiguan (PC6) on inducible nitricoxide synthase (iNOS) expression in kidney df endotoxin shock rats. [Methods] The model of endotoxin shock wasinduced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) and D-galactosamine. The expression of iNOS in kidney was measured byimmunohistochemistry method. [Results] The expression of iNOS was weaker in EA group than that in model group (P<0.01). [Conclusion] EA on point Neiguan can partially regulate the over-expression of iNOS in kidney withendotoxin shock and this may be one of its therapeutic mechanism.
