抑郁症患者情绪记忆的偏好性研究

目的探讨抑郁症患者情绪记忆的负性偏好及抑郁症状的严重程度与情绪记忆偏好的相关性。方法 25名抑郁症患者和与之匹配的25名正常被试,首先对其进行抑郁自评量表(SDS)测试,随后对情绪图片进行愉快度评定,72h后进行图片再认测试。结果两组间正性图片再认正确率差异有统计学意义(t=-3.098,P<0.05),总再认正确率及中性、负性图片再认正确率均无统计学意义(t=-0.795,0.100,0.998;P均>0.05);抑郁症组负性图片再认正确率与正性、负性图片再认正确率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),而正常组负性图片再认正确率与正性、负性图片再认正确率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);患者组的负性图片再认正确率与其SDS评分无相关性(r=0.064,P>0.05)。结论抑郁症患者的正性情绪记忆可能受损导致其对负性情绪记忆存在偏好,并且该偏好性与抑郁症状的严重程度没有显著相关性。

The Experiment on a Preference of Emotional Memory in Patients with Depression

Objective To explore the negative preference of emotional memory in patients with depression and further test the correlation between emotional memory and symptoms.Methods A total of 25 depression patients and 25 normal controls were assessed with Self-rating Depression Scale（SDS）on admission.After,all were required to give a score to a group of emotional pictures.Then,after 72h,a recall test was given to all the persons.Results Depression patients had worse recognition for positive scenes than control subjects（t=-3.098,P〈0.05）,the others didn’t have significant difference（t=-0.795,0.100,0.998;P〉0.05）.In depression patients,they had better recognition for negative scenes than positive and neutral scenes（P〈0.01）,but in controls,they didn’t have the results.Depression patients’ recognition for negative scenes hadn’t a correlation with SDS（r=0.064,P〉0.05）.Conclusion Patients with depression have a negative preference of emotional memory because of a positive emotional memory impairment,which is not related to symptoms.
