创业大学生与非创业大学生自我概念的比较

摘    要:目的考察创业大学生与非创业大学生自我概念的异同。方法采用田纳西自我概念量表对100名创业大学生和100名非创业大学生进行测量。结果①创业大学生的总体自我概念处于中等水平;②在自我概念的几个维度上,创业大学生皆高于非创业大学生,并且伦理自我,心理自我,家庭自我(t=-2.056,0.078,-1.945;P均<0.05)。自我批评(t=-2.890,P<0.01)差异显著;③理工类与艺体类创业大学生与非创业大学生的自我概念各维度差异不显著,而文史类创业大学生与非创业大学生的自我概念中有显著差异,即生理自我、自我批评(t=2.821,3.325;P均<0.01)、自我满意与自我行动(t=2.779,2.544;P<0.05),而且总均分(t=2.629,P<0.05)差异显著;④男女创业与非创业大学生的自我概念各维度差异不显著,仅男性自我批评项目存在创业非创业的显著性差异(t=0.110,P<0.05)。结论创业大学生和非创业大学生的自我概念及其子维度存在一定程度的差异,且创业大学生自我概念水平偏高;自我概念也受到学科及性别等因素的调节作用。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the differences of self-concept between the business college students and college students.Methods Tennessee Self Concept Scale(TSCS) was adopted to survey two hundred university students,half starting their business and half not.Results ①The total scores of self concept of those business college students was on the average(40 students,56.3%);②The scores of bussiness students was higher than those of non business ones in several dimensions of self concept.Besides,four items,Moral and Ethics Self(t=-2.056,P〈0.05),Personal Self(t=0.078,P〈0.05),Family Self(t=-1.945,P〈0.05),Self Criticism(t=-2.890,P〈0.01) were significantly different.③No significant difference in the dimensions between those whose major was Science and Engineer and those whose major was Physical and Art.However,four significant differences of self concept were found in students whose major Literature and History,concerning whether to start business or not,that is,Personal Self(t=2.821,P〈0.01),Self Criticism(t=3.325,P〈0.01),Satisfaction Self(t=2.779,P〈0.05)and Behavior Self(t=2.544,P〈0.05).And the total average(t=2.629,P〈0.05) was significantly different;④Gender dimensions were not significant in self concept,only the scores of Self Criticism(t=0.110,P〈0.05)were higher in male who don’t want to start business than those of female.Conclusion Self concept and its sub-dimensions of college students,who start their business and who don’t start their business,are different in some way,the former gets the higher scores.factors such as subjects and gender,also influence self concept.
