综合医院住院患者心理干预需求状况分析

目的了解综合医院住院患者心理干预需求的一般状况。方法采用自行编制的问卷,调查各科非危重住院患者602例。结果①20.9%的患者认为自己存在心理问题,需要心理干预;②卡方(χ2)检验发现,住院患者心理干预需求各方面均表现出显著的性别差异(χ2=36.267,34.483,28.690,34.673,21.145,19.566;P<0.001)和年龄差异(χ2=55.080,38.937,21.862,18.837,27.512,54.469;P<0.001),但并不存在显著的受教育程度差异(χ2=2.399,P<0.521;χ2=4.320,P<0.437;χ2=7.112,P<0.103;χ2=5.506,P<0.125;χ2=10.726,P<0.078;χ2=10.121,P<0.071);③82.1%的患者选择个别心理治疗方式,且认为在治疗的不同时期都需要心理干预;90%以上患者认为心理治疗合理费用应小于100元1次。结论根据不同患者、治疗不同时期、具体问题给予不同的心理干预内容或方式,促进疾病康复,提高生活质量。

Status of Requirements of Psychological Intervention on Inpatients from Polyclinic

Objective To study the status of requirements of psychological intervention on inpatients from polyclinic.Methods We designed the questionnaire and 602 inpatients were surveyed.Results ①20.9% inpatients thought that they had mental problems and need psychological intervention.②There were significant gender differences(χ2=36.267,P<0.001;χ2=34.483,P<0.001;χ2=28.690,P<0.001;χ2=34.673,21.145,19.566;P<0.001)and age differences(χ2=55.080,38.937,21.862,18.837,27.512,54.469;P<0.001)on requirements of psychological intervention on inpatients,but there was no significant difference among education level groups(χ2=2.399,P<0.521;χ2=4.320,P<0.437;χ2=7.112,P<0.103;χ2=5.506,P<0.125;χ2=10.726,P<0.078;χ2=10.121,P<0.071).③82.1% inpatients chose individual consultation and need psychological intervention during different time.More than 90% inpatients thought the price of psychological consultation should less than 100 yuan one time.Conclusion According to different inpatients,different time and different problem,we can choose different psychological intervention to accelerate illness cure and enhance inpatients quality of life.
