军事医学研究生学习动机强度调查

目的调查军事医学研究生学习动机的现状,为研究生管理部门加强教育引导提供依据。方法应用学习动机简易评定量表,比较研究生总体、不同性别、不同年级、不同录取类别、不同培养层次、不同身份、不同学位类型、不同专业研究生学习动机的强度。结果研究生总体学习动机处于中等水平;不同性别(χ2=2.548,P=0.636)、不同年级(χ2=9.852,P=0.131)、不同录取类别(χ2=9.978,P=0.267)、不同培养层次(χ2=3.026,P=0.554)、不同身份(χ2=5.061,P=0.536)研究生的学习动机强度均无统计学差异;不同学位类型(χ2=9.605,P=0.048)、不同专业研究生(χ2=26.550,P=0.022)学习动机强度有所不同。结论军事医学研究生整体的学习动机强度适中,科学学位研究生、社会医学与卫生事业管理专业的研究生学习动机较弱。

A Survey on Study Motivation Intensities of Military Medical Graduate Students

Objective To survey study motivation intensities of military medical graduate students and offer gist of advancing their study enthusiasms.Methods Using Working Motivation Simple Inventory,the students＇ study motivation intensities were compared in general groups,different genders,grades,sorts,levels,figures,degree types and specialities.Results The total motivation intensities of the students was medium.Those with different genders,grades,sorts,levels,figures had the same motive intensities（χ2=2.548,9.852,9.978,3.026,5.061;P=0.636,0.131,0.267,0.554,0.536）,while those with different degree types and specialities showed different（χ2=9.605 and 26.550,P=0.048 and 0.022）.Conclusion The total motivation intensities of the graduate students is appropriate.The students with scientific degrees and administration specialty show poor study motivations.
