学生高考前考试焦虑状况及其影响因素研究

摘    要:目的探讨高三学生高考前考试焦虑状况及其影响因素。方法应用考试焦虑量表(TAS)、特质应对方式问卷(TC-SQ)和中学生考试焦虑影响因素问卷(IFTAS)对上海市某高中75名学生进行调查。结果高三学生考试焦虑检出率为66.67%。男女生TAS总分无显著差异(t=1.001,P>0.05),检出率无显著差异(χ2=17.6,P>0.05)。学生TAS得分与"对学业的担忧"、"考场环境的不利因素"、"突发事件的干扰"、"自卑"、"对后果的担忧"及"消极应对方式"呈显著正相关(r=0.597,0.317,0.439,0.539,0.496,0.387;P<0.01)。结论高考生考试焦虑现象普遍;担忧和自卑对高三学生的考试焦虑有较大影响;考试焦虑者高考前更多采取消极应对方式。

Abstract:Objective To explore the status of test anxiety and its influencing factors of the senior 3 students before the entrance examination for college.Methods A total of 75 Senior 3 students in Shanghai were investigated by Test Anxiety Scale(TAS),Trait Coping strategy Questionnaire(TCSQ)and Inventory of Influencing Factors of Test Anxiety for Secondary School Students(IFTAS).Results The prevalence of test anxiety among senior 3 students was 66.67%.There were no significant gender differences in the TAS score(t=1.001,P>0.05)and the prevalence of test anxiety(χ2=17.6,P>0.05).The TAS scores in students were positively related to "worrying about schoolwork ","adverse factors in exam ambience","interference of unexpected incident","inferiority complex","worrying about aftermath" from IFTAS and the passive coping style of TCSQ(r=0.597,0.317,0.439,0.539,0.496,0.387;P<0.01).Conclusion It’s common that Senior 3 students have test anxiety before the entrance examination for college.Worrying and inferiority complex significantly influence test anxiety.Students with test anxiety prefer to use passive coping style before the exam.
