颅脑损伤患者康复期不良心理情绪干预效果观察

目的观察分析颅脑损伤患者康复期内的不良心理和情绪干预效果。方法随机选取住院颅脑损伤病人73例,常规护理基础上首先用症状自评量表(SCL-90)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)3种量表对患者不良心理情绪进行评估,然后用认知性心理疗法和支持性心理疗法进行干预。并于干预后第2周、第6周各测评1次进行比较,数据进行统计学分析(t检验)。结果患者心理健康状况,在干预后第2周,除躯体化、焦虑、精神症状3因子得分(t=3.101,2.801,2.912)具有显著性差异(P1<0.05)外,其余各因子得分与干预前相比无显著性差异;在实施干预第6周后再次评估,SCL-90量表各因子得分与干预前相比,不同程度降低,具有非常显著性差异(P2均<0.01)。SAS、SDS总分评分在干预2周后下降(t=3.716,t=3.680)具有显著性差异(P1<0.05)。特别是干预6周后,较干预前明显下降(t=7.542,t=6.781)具有非常显著性差异(P2<0.01)。结论对颅脑损伤患者及时进行护理干预可有效缓解患者的抑郁、焦虑情绪,提高心理健康水平。

The Efficacy of Adverse Emotion Intervention on Patients with Brain Injury during Rehabilitation

Objective To observe the adverse psychological state and emotion intervention of patients with brain injury during rehabilitation.Methods A total of 73 inpatients with brain injury were randomly selected and evaluated adverse psychological state and emotion with SCL-90,SAS,SDS based on the routine care,then received psychological therapy with cognitive therapy and supportive psychotherapy intervention.They were evaluated at 2 and 6 weeks after the intervention.Results There were significant differences in somatization,anxiety,psychotic symptoms scores(t=3.101,2.801,2.912;P1<0.05)at 2 weeks after intervention;There were significant differences in SCL-90 scores at 6 weeks after intervention,There were significant differences in SAS and SDS scores at 2(t=3.716,3.680) and 6(t=7.542,6.781)weeks after intervention.Conclusion A timely manner for nursing intervention on patients with brain injury can effectively ease the patient’s depression and anxiety,and improve their mental health.
