女大学生就业压力与社会公平感的研究

摘    要:目的调查女大学生就业压力与社会公平感现状及二者之间的关系。方法以辽宁省333名女大学生为被试,问卷法与访谈法相结合,采用相关、多元回归对数据进行分析。结果①女大学生社会公平感水平较低(t=18.46,P<0.01);②女大学生就业压力与社会公平感间存在显著负相关(r=-0.249,P<0.01);③女大学生就业压力中求职经历、自身条件、职业期望3个维度对其社会公平感构成显著的回归效应(t=-3.262,P<0.001;t=-3.111,P<0.01;t=-2.393,P<0.05)。结论女大学生就业压力对社会公平感有负向预测作用,应通过减少就业压力来提高女大学生的社会公平感。

Abstract:Objective The survey for the employment stress and perceived social justice and the relation between them among women graduates,we put forward the suggestion for the results.Methods A total of 333 women graduates for investigation objects,questionnaire and interviewing methods were applied.The data was analysed by correlation and regression.Results ①The level of women graduates' perception of perceived social justice was low(t=18.46,P0.01).②There was negative relation between women graduates'employment stress and perceived social justice(r=-0.249,P0.01).③Perceived social justice can be forecasted by 3 dimensions(the job searching process,autologous factor,career expectations) of women graduates'employment stress(t=-3.262,P0.001;t=-3.111,P0.01;t=-2.393,P0.05).Conclusion Women employment stress can forecast the perceived social justice negatively.Women graduates'perceived social justice can be improved from the reduce of their employment stress.
