社区综合性康复治疗对抑郁症患者社会功能恢复的研究

目的观察社区综合性康复治疗对抑郁症患者社会功能恢复的效果。方法 120例抑郁症患者随机分为干预组和对照组各60例,均接受药物治疗,干预组同时进行2年的社区综合性康复治疗。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定治疗效果、临床疗效总评量表(CGI-SI)和生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评定患者的社会功能和生活质量。结果①两组间比较,治疗1年末,HAMD总分的减分值差异有统计学意义(t=2.136,P<0.05),2年末两组差异有显著统计学意义(t=2.875,P<0.01);②两组间比较,治疗1年末,CGI-SI差异有统计学意义(t=2.143,P<0.05),2年末两组差异有显著统计学意义(t=3.309,P<0.01);③两组间比较,治疗2年末GQOLI-74中总分,躯体,心理,社会功能差异有显著统计学意义(t=8.886,4.406,6.310,5.797;P<0.01)。结论抑郁症患者在药物控制症状的同时给予社区综合性康复治疗更有利于抑郁症患者抑郁症状的改善,提高生活质量和改善社会功能。

Effect of Community Comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy on Recovery of Social Function in Depressive Patients

Objective To investigate the effect of community comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on recovery of social function in depressive patients.Methods A total of 120 patients with depressive disorders receiving medication were divided randomly into two groups which contained same number of subjects.The test group received community comprehensive rehabilitation therapy except of medication.HAMD,CGI-SI and GQOLI-74 were used to assess the patients’ social function and the quality of their lives.Results ①There was a significant difference between two groups on the reduction rate of HAMD at the end of 1 year(t=2.136,P<0.05)and the difference of which were even more significant at the end of 2 years(t=2.875,P<0.01).②There was a difference between two groups on the reduction rate of CGI at the end of 1 year(t=2.143,P<0.05)and the difference of which were even more significant at the end of 2 years(t=3.309,P<0.01).③The differences of the total score of GQOLI-74,somatic,psychological and social function were significant after 2-year therapy.Conclusion Additional community comprehensive rehabilitation therapy on the basis of medication will improve the depressive symptoms of depressed patients and benefit their life quality and social function.
