医护人员主观幸福感现状及其应对策略研究

摘    要:目的探讨医护人员主观幸福感的现状及影响因素。方法采用综合幸福问卷对西安市180名在职医护人员进行调查,回收有效问卷147份。结果①医护人员的幸福指数(5.87±1.09)分,医生与护士在正性情感(t=2.13,P<0.05)、生命活力(t=2.46,P<0.05)和利他行为(t=3.52,P<0.05)的得分差异显著;②年龄、性别、职业、编制、学历、职称、月薪、工作时间、工作地点均会影响主观幸福感,影响显著的是学历(F=3.00,P<0.05)、月薪(F=2.88,P<0.05)。结论医护人员的主观幸福感处于比较低的水平,受多种因素影响。

Abstract:Objective To explore the nurses and doctors’subjective well-being and its influencing factors.Methods Multiple happiness questionnaire was used to examine 180 subjects working in hospital of Xi’an city.Results ①Score of total well-being was(5.87±1.09),there were significant differences in positive affection(t=2.13,P<0.05),life energy(t=2.46,P<0.05),altruistic behavior(t=3.52,P<0.05)between nurses and doctors;② Age,sex,occupation,employment type,education background,technical post,salary,length of service,section office were all the influencing factors,salary(F=2.88,P<0.05)and education background(F=3.00,P<0.05)were more important than others.Conclusion The subjective well-being of doctors and nurses is low,which is influenced by many factors.
