河南省师范院校女大学生人格与应对方式关系的研究

目的研究师范院校女大学生人格与应对方式的特点,以及人格对应对方式的影响机制。方法采用大五人格简式量表和应付方式问卷对某师范院校女大学生进行研究。结果①师范院校女大学生的人格与一般群体女大学生存在显著差异,主要体现在神经质(t=-10.59,P<0.001)、外倾性(t=-30.36,P<0.001)、开放性(t=-16.29,P<0.001)、责任感(t=-19.13,P<0.001)和宜人性(t=18.08,P<0.001);②在应对方式的各个维度上,师范院校女大学生在幻想(F=3.27,P<0.05),退避(F=4.83,P<0.01)与合理化(F=9.86,P<0.001)3个方面存在显著的年级差异;③师范院校女大学生人格对应对方式有显著的预测作用。结论人格因素能预测应对方式。

Relationship between Personality and Coping Styles of Female Students in Normal University of Henan Province

Objective To explore the relationship between personality and coping style of female students in normal university.Methods Female students of normal university were investigated with the Five-Factor Personality Questionnaire and the Coping Style Questionnaire.Results ①There were significant differences in neuroticism（t=-10.59,P〈0.001）,extroversion（t=-30.36,P〈0.001）,openness（t=-16.29,P〈0.001）,conscientiousness（t=-19.13,P〈0.001）,and agreeableness（t=18.08,P〈0.001） between female students of normal university and college female students.②In all the coping styles factors,the significant grade differences were found in fantasy（F=3.27,P〈0.05）,flinching（F=4.83,P〈0.01） and rationalization（F=9.86,P〈0.001） of the female students in normal university.③Personality could be used to predict the coping style of the female students in normal university.Conclusion Personality can be used to predict the coping style of the female students in normal university.
