| 摘 要： | 目的探讨长期住院的精神分裂症患者吸烟行为与病程和住院时间的关系。方法于入组时用自制问卷对长期住院的精神分裂症患者进行评定。结果本组患者吸烟行为随着病程的延长而增加,两组对比有显著性差异(χ2=9.71,P<0.01)。患者吸烟行为随住院时间的延长而增加,但两组对比无显著性差异(χ2=2.22,P>0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者吸烟率随病程的延长而增加。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss smoking behavior of long-term hospitalization schizophrenia patients and its relationship with course of the disease and length of stays.Methods Using self-restraint question-naire to assess the long-term definitive hospitalization schizophrenia patients.Results Patients’ smoking behavior had significant differences in course of the disease（χ2=9.71,P〈0.01）,but no significant difference in length of stays（χ2=2.22,P〉0.05）.Conclusion Smoking rate of schizophrenia patients increases along with course of the disease. |
