目的加强医疗废物的安全管理,防止疾病传播,保护环境,保障人体健康. 方法以医疗废物管理条例为准则,对医疗废物管理中存在的问题进行剖析,明确医护人员在医疗废物管理中的责任义务和权利. 结果对病房所产生的各类医疗废物进行严格分类,实施规范化管理. 结论医院应加强对医护人员进行有关医疗废物管理方面的法律法规的培训,建立健全各项规章制度,严格医疗废物的收集、运送、贮存、处置流程,做到依法管理,方能有效控制医疗废物对人类和自然环境的破坏.

Strengthening Management of Medical Waste to Control Hospital Infection

OBJECTIVE Strengthening the arrangement of the medical waste to prevent diseases spreading, protect environment from pollution and ensure people to keep healthy. METHODS Basing on the principle of The Management Rules of Medical Waste, to analyze the problem existing in the management on the medical waste, and to make clear the responsibility and duty for doctors and nurses on the management of the medical waste. RESULTS The all kinds of the medical waste from all wards were seriously and to classified, implement on the standardization of management. CONCLUSIONS Doctors and nurses should be strengthening on the training of the laws and rules on the management of the medical waste. To establish complete rules and principles, to strict with the procedures of collecting, delivering, storing and dealing with the medical waste, and to manage the medical waste on rules and principles, we can take effect on preventing the medical waste from destroying of human being and natural environment.
