| 摘 要： | 本文介绍髂、耻骨三点截骨术应用于大年龄先天性髋脱位20例,近期效果满意。术前不作牵引,一次性联合手术。彻底松解挛缩组织,髋臼清理、旋转,股骨缩短、旋转,从而使股骨头稳妥地纳入臼中,使臼顶充分包容股骨头,均匀承受来自股骨头的压应力,消除疼痛及跛行,有利于大龄髋脱位的治疗。

| Abstract: | To investigate the use of triple osteotomy of ilium and pubis in congenital dislocation of the hip in older children. From 1993 ,20 patients,aged 5-14 yers(mean,8yrs and 4mos) had been treated. All cases hadn t been managed tractively. The group operation had been done in one stage. The femoral head was included fully by the femoral mortar and the pain and the lameness removde. Satisfactory results were obtained in all cases with the folllow-up from 1 to 3 years. The authors conclude that this method is an effective procedure in the treatment for congenital dislocation of the hip in older children. |
