多囊卵巢综合征患者常规促排卵后行体外受精-胚胎移植疗效分析

目的:探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者常规促排卵后行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)治疗效果。方法:收集2003年4月-2005年8月间常规促排卵后多卵泡发育接受IVF-ET治疗11例PCOS患者病例资料,分析晚卵泡期黄体生成素(LH)及孕酮(P)水平、获卵数、受精率、优质胚胎形成率及妊娠结局。结果:4例在卵泡成熟前2-3 d出现LH上升,而P处于卵泡期水平。11例患者平均获卵数(17.8±7.2)个,受精率70.3%,优质胚胎形成率60.2%。累计5例妊娠分娩,1例孕6月。结论:对于PCOS患者,常规促排卵后多卵泡发育时行IVF-ET治疗是可行的。

Outcome of in Vitro Fertilization and Embryo Transfer in Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome After Routine Ovulation Induction

Objective: To investigate the efficacy of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer(IVF-ET) in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS) after routine ovulation induction.Methods: Eleven patients with PCOS who underwent IVF-ET for multi-follicular growth after routine ovulation induction from April 2003 to August 2005 were retrospectively studied.The concentrations of luteinizing hormone(LH) and progesterone(P),the number of oocytes retrieved,fertilization rate,high quality embryos formed rate and outcomes of pregnancy were analyzed.Results: LH level increased in 4 patients at 2-3 d before the follicular maturation,while P level sustained in follicular phase.In all the 11 patients,the number of oocytes retrieved was 17.8±7.2,fertilization rate was 70.3% and the rate of high quality embryos formed was 60.2%.Totally five patients had successful deliveries,and one patient was at her sixth month gestation.Conclusion: The study demonstrated that IVF-ET is an good method for the patients with PCOS if multi-follicles grow after routine ovulation induction.
