| 摘 要： | 目的观察自拟减肥8穴配合耳穴贴压治疗单纯性肥胖病的临床疗效。方法65例单纯性肥胖病患者随机分为2组,治疗组36例以自拟减肥8穴为主,结合辨证取穴及耳穴贴压治疗;对照组29例采取传统辨证取穴和耳穴贴压治疗。2组病例均隔日治疗1次,10次为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率93.7%,对照组总有效率72.4%。2组疗效经统计学处理差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论减肥8穴治疗单纯性肥胖疗效明显优于传统针灸。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of simple obesity treated by combination of anti-obesity eight points and auricular acupoint pressing.Methods 65 Patients with simple obesity were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group (n=36) were treated by combination of anti-obesity eight points and auricular acupoint pressing. Patients in control group (n=29) were treated by routine differentiated acupoint and auricular acupoint pressing.Results The total effective rate in treatment group (93.7%) was higher than that in control group (72.4%, P<0.05).Conclusion Combination of anti-obesity eight points and auricular acupoint pressing could effective treat simple obesity. |
