| 摘 要： | 趋化因子是一组具有趋化作用的细胞因子超家族，研究发现趋化因子及其受体与肿瘤的侵袭和淋巴结转移密切相关。本文就趋化因子及其受体的结构、功能及其在肿瘤的侵袭和转移中的作用，特别是趋化因子及其受体在头颈部鳞癌侵袭和淋巴结转移中的作用的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Chemokines belong to the small molecule chemoattractive cytokine family. Recent studies show that chemokines and their receptors are significantly associated with invasion and lymph node mtastasis of tumors. This review will concentrate on chemokines and their receptors of construction and function, and the effects of chemokines and their receptors in invasion and metastasis of tumors, specially, and in invasion and lymph node mtastasis of head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. |
