| 摘 要： | 带状疱疹系由水痘一带状疱疹病毒引起。此病毒一般潜伏在脊髓后根神经元中。当机体抵抗力下降和劳累、感染、惠肿瘤时，病毒可再次生长繁殖，并沿神经纤维移至皮肤，使侵犯的神经和皮肤产生激烈的炎症。对于带状疤疹急性期笔者采用2％利多卡因4mL、聚肌胞2mg、VB120．5μg、地塞米松5mg、复方当归注射液2mL对带状疱疹病变区域进行局部浸润注射治疗取得良好效果。

| Abstract: | Herpes zoster by the varicella-zoster virus.This virus usually hidden in the spinal cord dorsal root neurons.When the body＇s resistance to degradation and fatigue, infections, suffering from cancer, the virus can regrowth and reproduction, and moved along the nerve fibers of skin, so that violations of the nerves and skin produce intense inflammation. For the acute herpes zoster author used 2% lidocaine 4 mL, Polyinosinic 2 mg, V1312 0.5 ug, dexamethasone 5mg, compound Angelica injection 2 ml, so herpes zoster lesions of local infiltration injection therapy good results. |
