| 摘 要： | 目的评价跟骨钛钢板治疗跟骨骨折的疗效。方法对30例SandersⅡ～Ⅲ型跟骨骨折患者通过手术切开复位并用跟骨钛钢板进行固定治疗。结果按Maryland足部评分系统评价术后功能，本组30侧骨折中，优12侧，良16侧，可2侧，优良率93．33％。结论钛钢板内固定是治疗SandersⅡ～Ⅲ型跟骨骨折的一种有效方法之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effect of titanium plate for calcaneal fracture. Methods 30 cases（including 13 feet of Sanders Ⅱ , 17 feet of Sanders Ⅲ ） with calcaneal fractures were treated with open reduction titanium plate internal fixation. Results The feet function were evaluated by anklemetapodium score. The curative effect of 12 feet were best, 16 feet good and 2 feet common. Conclusion Titanium plate is a rational internal fixation for calcaneal fractures. |
