疑为脑胶质瘤的放射性脑病1例报告并文献复习

目的:复习放射性脑病的发病机制、临床特点、诊断及治疗,分析其鉴别诊断,降低早期误诊率。方法:回顾分析1例入院时疑为脑胶质瘤的放射性脑病患者的临床表现、影像特点及诊治经过,并结合文献对诊疗经验进行总结。结果:放射性脑病的临床表现与影像特点常不典型,有时需病理检查才能与相关疾病鉴别。结论:放射性脑病的诊断需要与脑胶质瘤或胶质瘤复发、脑转移瘤、脑梗死、脑脓肿等相鉴别。

Radiation encephalopathy suspected of glioma,case report and literature review

Objective:To review the pathogenesis of radiation encephalopathy,clinical features,diagnosis and treatment,ana-lyze the differential diagnosis and reduce early misdiagnosis rate. Methods:Retrospectively analyze the clinical manifestations,imaging features and treatment procedure of one case of patient with radiation encephalopathy who was suspected glioma admission,summarize the experience of diagnosis and treatment and review the literature. Results:Clinical manifestations and imaging features of radiation en-cephalopathy are not typical,and sometimes pathological examination are needed to identify specific related disease. Conclusion:Radia-tion encephalopathy diagnosis should be distinguished with glioma,recurrent glioma,brain metastases,cerebral infarction or cerebral ab-scess.
