组蛋白去乙酰化酶在乳腺癌中的研究进展

随着表观遗传学在肿瘤中的深入研究,发现组蛋白去乙酰化酶在大多数恶性肿瘤中都有不同程度的表达上调,乳腺癌作为女性最常见的实体性肿瘤之一,也被证实存在组蛋白去乙酰化酶的表达异常。本文通过回顾近年来组蛋白去乙酰化酶在乳腺癌中的研究状况,简要总结了组蛋白去乙酰化酶在乳腺癌中的表达情况;与雌/孕激素受体的关系及其相互调控机制;组蛋白去乙酰化酶作为临床治疗靶点的应用前景和可能面临的挑战。

Recent research of histone deacetylase in breast cancer

With the epigenetic studies in human cancers,histone deacetylase were found up-regulated in most of malignancies. In breast cancer,one of the most common female solid tumors,the abnormal expression of histone deacetylase was also detected. In this work,we will review recent studies about histone deacetylase in breast cancer,and focus on the expression in breast cancer,the relation-ship and regulatory mechanism with estrogen/progesterone receptor,and possible prospects or challenges when histone deacetylase were used as a clinical therapeutic target.
