金丝桃苷对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响

摘    要:目的研究金丝桃苷(Hyp)对正常小鼠免疫功能的影响。方法采用碳廓清实验、溶血素实验及淋巴细胞增殖实验,观察Hyp对正常小鼠的非特异性免疫、体液免疫和细胞免疫的影响。结果碳廓清试验,Hyp低剂量组(12.5mg·kg^-1)可显著提高小鼠碳阔清指数k(P〈0.05),Hyp中、低剂量组(25、12.5mg·kg^-1)可明显提高小鼠吞噬指数α(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),增强正常小鼠巨噬细胞的吞噬功能;溶血素试验,Hyp高、中、低剂量组(50、25、12.5mg·kg^-1)A值均大于模型组(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),能明显促进鸡红细胞致敏小鼠溶血素的生成;淋巴细胞增殖实验,Hyp高、中、低剂量组(0.5、0.25、0.125mg·mL^-1)对淋巴细胞增殖均有促进作用(P〈0.01)。结论Hyp对正常小鼠的非特异性免疫、体液免疫和细胞免疫功能具有增强作用。

Abstract:Aim To explore the effect of hyperin on immune function in normal mice. Methods The effect of hyperin on nonspecific immunity, humoral immunity and cellular immunity in normal mice was observed by carbon clearance, quantitative hemolysis, and lymphocyte proliferation test, respectively. Results In carbon clearance test, the clearance index (k) and values of phagocytic index ( α ) were markedly elevated in Hyp ( 12.5 mg·kg^-1) ( P 〈 0.01 ) and Hyp ( 25 and 12.5 mg·kg^-1) group ( P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0.01 ), and the phagocytosis of macrophages was greatly enhanced. In quantitative hemolysis, compared with model group, the value of OD in Hyp (50,25, 12.5 mg·kg^-1 ) group all obviously increased ( P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0.01 ). The production of hemolysin in serum allergized by chicken red blood cells was promoted in Hyp(0. 5 ,0. 25 ,0. 125mg·kg^-1) group(P 〈0.01 ). In lymphocyte proliferation test, lymphocyte proliferation was markedly improved in Hyp (0.5,0.25,0. 125 mg·kg^-1)group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Hyp showed significant immunomodulatory effects on normal mice through nonspecifie immunity, humoral immunity and cellular immunity.
